These terms supplement Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. By using MG Studio, you agree to these terms and the Safety Guidelines.

Your account and content

You are responsible for activity on your account and for having the rights needed for prompts, names, descriptions, code, art, audio, and other material you submit. You retain your rights in your original content. You grant MG Studio a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, review, reproduce, and distribute content as needed to operate features you choose, including public discovery, sharing, and attributed remixing.

Generated games

AI output may contain mistakes, similarities to existing works, or gameplay defects. You must test and review a game before publishing it. MG Studio does not guarantee that generated content is unique, accurate, suitable, or free of third-party claims.

Credits and marketplace games

Credits are a virtual in-app currency with no cash value. Purchased credits are delivered through Apple In-App Purchase. Promotional credits may have additional restrictions. Creator-earned credits can be used within MG Studio but are not a promise of cash payout. Except where required by law or Apple policy, completed credit uses and marketplace purchases are final.

Moderation and enforcement

MG Studio may reject, remove, restrict, or preserve content; disable sharing; limit generation; suspend accounts; or cooperate with lawful requests to protect users and the service. Automated review assists moderation but does not replace reports or human decisions. Submit concerns using in-app Safety options or Support.

Availability and changes

The service may change, experience downtime, or discontinue features. Keep independent copies of content important to you. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
